Summer Workout Group

Nickel City Splash is excited to announce a summer workout group at the Lockport Community Pool:

  • Outdoor swimming
  • Short course meters
  • Three hours, Monday – Friday
  • No interruptions!

TUESDAY, JUNE 29 – MONDAY, SEPT. 6

Outwater Park, 150 Outwater Dr., Lockport

TWO SESSIONS, MONDAY–FRIDAY: 8:00–9:00 AM AND 11:00 AM–1:00 PM

To be eligible, you must have a current USMS membership with Nickel City Splash. Workouts will be provided on paper or whiteboard. A coach will be available on some days. Locker rooms will be available. (Showers may not be.)

To join, please submit two separate checks:
$30 Check to: City of Lockport, Dept. of Civil Service
$70 Check to: Niagara Aquatics Club (lifeguards and pool use)

Place check in plastic Ziplock bag and give to a coach or Danielle at practice.
